About me.

I have walked the path.
I understand the challenges. Drawing on over 25 years of continuous learning and growing, I now span a broad range of expertise. From science to business to spirituality,
I bring a deep rooted understanding for human insights, intuitive leadership and professional business.
I grew up in a small town in northern Germany. But for as long as I can remember, I have been interested in diverse cultures. Through working for global and local organisations, I have experienced cultures on three continents and lived abroad for more than a decade in total. I continue to foster my strong international connections, especially in India and the UK, where I spend a part of the year.

In 2008, I left an international leadership role in IT Finance EMEA for global projects to move into leadership development and coaching. Every coaching journey is different. With three major coaching certifications and 20+ years experience, I can offer you powerful, proven methods that work for you.

Initially, I was drawn to become an interior architect, shaping spaces that would inspire and transform the way people live. Life took me in a different direction. My passion for realising visions and aspirations stayed with me. I adopt an energetic approach as energy is becoming our most valuable resource, both individually and in collaboration.

In 2001, I worked as a project manager on a European IT project. My first international teamwork experience. I’ve been working across borders ever since. That’s when I feel most energised!

I studied in France, called London home twice and also spent a lot of time in India. Living outside Germany taught me adaptability and stepping out of my comfort zone.
